My Policies
All of my independent cleaners set their own schedules and hours around your time schedules. They are liable for their own actions, such as injuries and taxes.
My cleaning service clients and any information in the home is kept strictly confidential. We will not use customer's phones unless an emergency or with prior permission.
Our cleaners will appear neat and dressed appropriately for the job.
We will show up to all jobs on time and if unable to meet obligation, will call to either reschedule or cancel.
Safety comes first in the home.
My cleaners have been thoroughly screened for trustworthiness, working efficiently, and concentrating on their work — they will not read mail or look into drawers or jewelry boxes and will be as accommodating as possible.
No cleaner will smoke in the house or on the property they are cleaning. Our cleaner will be responsible to report all breakages and or problems that have occurred with the owner and to Donna Winn.
